VEI provides civil engineering services in the area of new commercial property development and Brownfield redevelopment. Further, VEI provides topographic and boundary surveys in support of its civil engineering services.

VEI’s services include TESC plans and details, grading plans & details, paving and hardscape plans & details (including frontage improvements), water and sewer service plans & details, stormwater calculations, reports, plans & details, coordination of electrical, phone, gas and cable service information (design by others) and permitting.
